Following four students from Sri Lanka participated in the 2010 IPhO held in Croatia. A total of 82 countries participated in this event with 410 participants.

In this competition, Yasura Gimhan Kossinhala Vithana and Tisura Dasith Gamage won Bronze medals and Kanwel Gamage Don Nisal Menuka won an Honorouble mention.
